Hygiene seals on earrings must remain intact, and tamper protection on cleaning products must be unbroken. Please note, this policy does not apply to body piercings, bespoke items or engraved pieces. Our priority is providing you with the highest quality of jewellery, which is why our jewellery is always made with 100% of the precious metal (gold, silver or platinum) indicated in the title, with no plating. 

We also follow UK Hallmark standards, which require all jewellery to be hallmarked to verify authenticity. The only exemptions for this rule are items which fall beneath the specified weight thresholds. These are:

• 7.78 grams for silver
• 0.5 grams for platinum
• 1 gram for palladium
