 How much does delivery cost?

  • Standard UK Delivery: Complimentary (free)

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

When will my order be dispatched?

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday only.

  • No dispatches take place on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed on the next dispatch day.

  • If you place an order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday (or next working day after a bank holiday).

How long will it take to process my order?

  • We aim to dispatch orders by the next working day, depending on stock availability.

  • During busy periods (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or promotional events), dispatch times may increase to 2–3 working days.

  • Please note: we do not process or dispatch orders on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays.

  • If your jewellery requires sizing, engraving, or additional quality checks, we will contact you if this affects your dispatch time.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after your parcel has been scanned.

  • Orders packed on a Friday or weekend will not show movement until the next business day.

When will my jewellery arrive?

  • Delivery estimates are given in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Remote areas may take longer than the standard 2–5 business days.

  • If you need your jewellery by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can help.

What if there are problems with my delivery?

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may incur a redelivery fee.

Do you ship internationally?

  • sonnysjewellers.com currently ships within the UK only.

  • International customers can contact us directly to discuss special arrangements.

Can I cancel or change my order?

  • Orders can only be cancelled or amended before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
