How much does shipping cost?
We are proud to offer free shipping on every order, across the UK, via Royal Mail. You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.
How will my jewellery be sent to me?
All items shown on our website are available in stock today and also available to purchase in-store. Stock items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Orders under £250 can be posted for free via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which can take 2-3 working days.
Orders of £250 and above will be posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which aims to deliver within 3 working days, and includes tracking.
We also offer Special Delivery with Royal Mail, which guarantees next-day delivery by 1pm from Monday to Friday, as long as you place your order before 12pm.

Please note that International Delivery is not currently supported by sonnysjewellers.com. Please contact us directly if you live outside the UK and would like to order an item from our store.
How can I track my order?
Once a tracked order has been packed and dispatched, you'll get an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number, which you can use to stay updated on where your new item is while its on its way to you.
If you opt for our 2nd Class delivery option, you will receive an email update once your order has been dispatched.
Once Royal Mail has scanned your package into the system, the tracking number can be used to see information about your order's whereabouts. This may take a couple of hours, and if your order was packed on the weekend, the tracking system may not be updated until the next business day.
What if I need my jewellery for a specific date?
