When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday only.

No dispatches take place on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed on the next dispatch day.

If you place an order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday (or next working day after a bank holiday).
How long will it take to process my order?

We aim to dispatch orders by the next working day, depending on stock availability.

During busy periods (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or promotional events), dispatch times may increase to 2–3 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number.

Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after your parcel has been scanned.

Orders packed on a Friday or weekend will not show movement until the next business day.
When will my jewellery arrive?
