Can I return my purchase for a refund?
Yes - we offer a 100% refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition with all packaging, documentation, and labels intact.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Earrings must have their hygiene seals intact.

Cleaning products must be returned unopened with tamper protection unbroken.

Refunds are not available for engraved, personalised, sized, or bespoke items, or body piercings.
Can I exchange my item instead?
Yes - you can exchange your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you exchange an item after the 14-day refund period, a refund will not be offered unless the product is found to be faulty.

Exchange items must be in as-new condition, unworn, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Any price differences between exchanged items will be adjusted accordingly.
How do I return or exchange my item?
You can return or exchange your item in-store or by post.
In-Store Returns:

Postal Returns:

We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
What if my jewellery is faulty or damaged?
We take great care to ensure every piece leaves us in perfect condition.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately.

We will inspect the item and, if a manufacturing fault is confirmed, offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.

Our promise to replace or refund does not apply to faults or damage caused by accident, neglect, or misuse.

We do offer a chargeable repair service for accidental damage, where applicable.
Can I return engraved, sized, or bespoke items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been:

Engraved or personalised

Sized or altered

Commissioned as bespoke pieces
This includes engagement rings, wedding bands, and other made-to-order jewellery. These items are final sale unless faulty.
