Returns 

If you've made a purchase and something isn't right, please get in touch so we can arrange alterations or resizing as needed. We also offer a full refund provided the return is made within 14 days. This return window starts on the date the item is delivered or collected.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging without any signs of wear or damage. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of our receiving the item.

Items purchased on sonnysjewellers.com can also be returned in-store, as long as you bring proof or purchase and a form of ID. 

Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return postage, and refunds can only be offered for items that have not been altered or modified in any way. No returns are accepted for bespoke or engraved items, earrings or gift cards. No returns are accepted for bespoke items. Cancelled bespoke or engraved orders will incur a 20% charge of the overall price.

 

Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please get in touch within 28 days so we can arrange an exchange or alterations as needed.

At this time, we can only process exchanges in-store, and we will require proof of purchase and a form of ID. Items presented for exchange will need to be returned in their original packaging without any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
